1502 East Wooster sign appeal

The applicants' attorney argued comparable end-unit businesses on East Wooster (Starbucks, Chipotle, El Zarape tenants) have three signs, and his clients only want to reface an aging sign they built around.

The development director for Wingstop/Jersey Mike's said the company invested over $2 million, built around the grandfathered pylon, gave up a curb cut at the city's request, and was never told about the sign limit until late in the process.
